Product Finder

To help you find what you are looking for, our products are grouped into convenient categories in our "Product Selector boxes" in the right margin of all pages.

The product selector boxes have the following options:

1. Drop-down menus where you can select the category group of book or report you are looking for.
2. A search facility, which will search all book records in the database by title, subject, ISBN number, author, publisher and key words. (Search tip: use small words. eg if searching for the publisher 'Blue poppy press' you only need enter "blue or "poppy" or "press")
3. A full A-Z listing of all the books, seminars, CDs and research reports that are in our database.

Using the Online Basket

1. You can only add one item at a time to your basket by clicking the "add to basket" button.
2. If you require more than one copy of a title, you can update the number by selecting "Your basket details" and filling in the new number in the box by the book title. Then Click the update icon
3. To delete an item from your basket Click on the delete icon on the "Your basket details" page.
4. To continue shopping use the product selector boxes to find new items.
5. If you choose not to buy any items then click "Delete Your Basket".
6. A short version of you basket will show on the right margin if you have added an item to your basket and are in shopping mode.
7. To Check out, click the "Go to Check out" button and follow the instructions.
8. New Customers follow the links provided
9. Existing Customers enter you email address and postcode. This will speed up the check out process by filling in the forms with your details.
10. If, as an Existing customer, you have changed your email address or have moved house, use the New Customer option.
11. When happy with your order details continue to the secure server for your Credit card details.
12. Your card will not be debited until the books are ready for dispatch.
13. You will receive notification of your order by email with an order number, so please give us the correct email address when you fill out the customer detail forms! If you wish to contact us Please quote the order number in all correspondence.

Please note:

Payment in advance is requested with all first time orders. Account facilities are available, subject to credit status and minimum annual turnover. Terms for account customers are strictly 14 days net from date of invoice. All overseas orders must be paid before despatch. All bank charges incurred by Balance Healthcare Ltd in the settlement of invoices will be charged to the customer at cost.
